SMS Consent
Case Help is a service operated by Wayco.
This page documents how Wayco collects consent to send text messages. We collect consent in two ways.

A person can also opt in verbally during a call with our intake assistant. Near the end of the call, the assistant reads this disclosure and asks for a clear yes or no:
How we record consent
We keep a timestamped record of every consent. For a web opt-in, we store the form submission metadata. For a verbal opt-in, we store the call ID and a transcript excerpt of just the consent exchange.
